Nasir El-Rufai Compares Independence Day Expenditure Of The Past 5 Years

The Governor of Kaduna State and former Director General of The Bureau of Public Enterprises, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai compares the independence celebration expenditure from 2011-14 with the present 70 Million of the Buhari administration. 

 He did this comparison  in a post on his Facebook page.
Indeed change has affected the expenditure.
