Indeed change is the only thing constant, I dont mean APC though. Back then in 1960 it was Tafawa Balewa, 55 years leter it is Muhamadu Buhari running things. Still the same Nigeria. May God protect our borders and enlarge our coast, long live Nigeria!

Nasir El-Rufai Compares Independence Day Expenditure Of The Past 5 Years

The Governor of Kaduna State and former Director General of The Bureau of Public Enterprises, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai  compares the independence celebration expenditure from 2011-14 with the present 70 Million of the Buhari administration.  He did this comparison   in a post on his Facebook page. Indeed change has affected the expenditure.
