35-year-old Adama Sankoh, the last known Ebola Virus patient in Sierra Leone has been discharged from a treatment centre in the northern Bombali district. Report says that the discharge marks the beginning of a forty-two-day countdown until the World Health Organisation can declare the West African country Ebola-free.  The release of the cured patient was celebrated by crowds dancing in the streets, beating drums, cars honking their horns and radio and television stations playing the national anthem.  Adama Sankoh, centre, health officials and others during the celebration (AP)

 A teenage suicide bomber killed five people and wounded about 30 in Damaturu  early this morning(death toll given by police). No one claimed responsibility for the blast but every one is suspecting the Islamic group, Boko Haram because of series of similar attack in the northern region in recent weeks. “At about 7:40 a.m., a female suicide bomber about 14 years old denoted an explosive device at the central Damaturu motor park. Six people were killed including the suicide bomber,” police spokesman Toyin Gbadegesin said.

American rapper Wiz Khalifa, who has been  arrested 21 times for smoking weed is at it again, he was handcuffed at Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday when he refused to get off his hoverboard. It was probably an alien tech which they felt should be confiscated, along with its owner! The video below shows 6 police officials manhandling Khalifa. The Five Star Music Artiste, Kcee is set to fire his long-time manager     Soso   Soberekon   for   misinforming   Linda Ikeji and the general public about Skiibii’s   death. The Limpopo crooner who was in the studio of Cool FM 96.9 Lagos, with the resurrected Skiibii said this in an interview with Oladotun Kayode, aka DO 2d TUN on the Midday Oasis. He disclosed that the crew is not pleased with Soso for giving out the information that he wasn’t sure of, saying it was capable of tarnishing the record label’s image. Kcee who said he heard rumour that Five Star Music label must know something about the young man’s death had to rush back to the country from his trip abroad.
